It is with great disappointment that Carluke Rovers announce that Club manager Thomas Devine has decided to step away from the role. He leaves to spend more time with his wife and family.
He also leaves with our immense gratitude for the outstanding job that he, and his team, have done in the time that he has been with the club.
When he was first appointed Thomas outlined what his hopes were for the job.

“My main focus coming in, is to use my experience to help build towards promotion and get the results that will see us challenging at the right end of the table”

Club Secretary, Steven Kane, says “ Through his hard work and devotion to the task at hand Thomas has, without a shadow of a doubt, achieved everything he had outlined at the start of his tenure. From our impressive progression in our league campaigns under his stewardship, culminating, most recently, in a 3rd place and promotion. To securing our first win in the Senior Scottish Cup at Golspie Sutherland. He has been an exceptional manager and will be greatly missed
The professionalism he brought to his role is reflected in his willingness to help the club find a suitable replacement for the position of manager. As such he has been instrumental in assisting the club to find said individual, and delighted that he will continue to advise the club moving forward.“

We wish Thomas every success and happiness for the future.

An announcement on his replacement will be made shortly.
The new manager will be assisted by existing coaches Stephen Ferguson and Kenny Neill.
