The Management and Committee at Carluke Rovers are delighted to welcome Jacob MacEachen to the club.

Jacob, a strike, joins us on loan from Blantyre Under 20s until the end of the season.

Assistant Manager Peter Kane said “We are delighted to bring Jacob to the club on loan till the end of the season. We feel we have a great environment to help Jacob develop further before returning to Blantyre for Pre-Season. You can see from the impact he had on Saturday, he will be exciting to watch. Thanks to Blantyre for the opportunity to work with Jacob.”

Jacob said “The option to come here on loan came quite quick and I thought it was a good opportunity for me to go out and get more experience at a Junior first team level.

When the offer came up I thought I’d take it as quick as I could to try gain experience, came on for 15 mins last Saturday at Giffnock and I’m looking forward to the next few months to try develop as a player and help out as much as I can.”
