The Committee & Management at Carluke Rovers are delighted to formally announce new manager Thomas Devines 2nd new signings to the team.

Jay is a midfielder with his most recent club being Lanark United.

Manager Thomas Devine said “Jay Blair is a player I approached as soon as I took the job after working with him at Forth. Jay is another player with plenty of experience at higher levels and someone that bring a real entertainment value on the pitch but will also help create a good spirit in the changing room. A creative player with lots of natural ability he is another player I can’t wait to see in a Carluke jersey.”
