We’re searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated Football Coach to join our thriving club to work alongside our Head Coach.
Position: Football Coach
Location: Carluke Rovers FC
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement training sessions that foster player skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Create a positive and inclusive environment for players.
• Plan and strategise for competitive matches, ensuring players are well-prepared for success.
• Evaluate individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement to the Management Team.
• Collaborate with fellow coaching staff to support the growth of our players and club.
Qualifications:
• Previous coaching experience preferred, especially at a similar level of football.
• Relevant coaching certifications.
• Strong knowledge of the game, including tactics, techniques, and training methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for mentoring athletes and fostering a love for the game.
