Armadale Thistle and Carluke Rovers played out this pre-season friendly in good spirits providing a good workout for both sides.

The only goal of the game came from Ben Patterson following an excellent defense splitting pass from Calum Griffin setting Jamie Henderson one of one with the goalkeeper, the Armadale goalkeeper spread himself well and forced Jamie wide but a pass across the front of goal was met by Ben Patterson.

It’s now onto Blantyre Victoria on Wednesday evening as Thomas Devine works to get the team ready for the new season.
