The Committee at Carluke Rovers would like to formally introduce their new management team of Derek Wilson (pictured Right) and David Menelaws (pictured Left).

Derek and David have taken up their roles on a short term caretaker basis following the recent departure of Cameron McNeish.

Derek was assistant to Colin and has stepped up to the new management role and brings in former Rovers player David Menelaws as his assistant.

Derek Wilson started his professional career playing for Airdrie FC before moving on to Queens Park were he enjoyed a 4 good years.

He then moved to Thorniewood to begin his junior career which lasted 6 years moving on to Glasgow Perthshire then to Fauldhouse where he enjoyed 3 seasons before moving to Colville Park.

Derek finally moved on to Bellshill for 3 years then finished his playing career with Holytown amateurs before joining up at the Rovers.

David Menelaws started his Junior career at Shotts Bon Accord and has played at Senior level with Alloa, Stenhousemuir, East Stirling & Queens Park.

David has also been around the juniors having spent time at Kilwinning Rangers, Larkhall Thistle, Carluke Rovers, Cambuslang Rangers and East Kilbride amongst others.

The Committee would like to wish Derek and David the best of luck in their new roles.
